I recieved this lube as a tester. I have always used water based lube so was quite excited to see how silicone lube compared.
As expected my package arrived in discreet, plain white packaging. On opening my parcel I found a really tasteful, pretty box. Black on three sides and a 'Geisha' girl on the front. A nice little touch which makes the packaging stand out is the top of the box isn't flat like most boxes, it is pointed, think like the top of a house. On the side of the box you will find the information. Dermatologically tested and fragrance free. Suitable for use with latex condoms. It does say that it is suitable for use with silicone and other erotic toys but from what I am aware you shouldn't use silicone lube with silicone toys so I won't be taking the chance.
On opening the box I found an information leaflet but none of it was in English so didn't really see the point of it being there. The bottle itself is very tasteful, not tacky at all. A 100ml clear bottle with a clear plastic sticker with Geisha in red and Erotic body care and silicone based premium lubricant in black. The fact that the bottle is clear means you can see exactly how much lube you have left. The sticker could be peeled off and no one would know what it was! The bottle also has a flip style lid so no messing about with screw lids when things get all slippery.
The lube, as claimed is totally fragrance free, no smell what so ever from it. There is also no real taste to it. The consistency is neither too thick or too thin. The feeling on your skin is a little like baby oil. Using a tiny bit of this lube was enough to make things really slippery and felt amazing with one of my glass toys. There was no need to re-apply, it didn't dry out and it lasted for ages! Afterwards I didn't feel sticky at all like you can feel with some lubes. After washing there was no residue and I felt soft and moisturised. Wanting to thoroughly test the lube I got my boyfriend to join in, we used it for both vaginal and anal sex. Again we used a tiny amount compared to our usual water based lube. Again there was no need to re-apply as it didn't dry out. We were both surprised at just how long it lasted.
Considering the price of this product, at £18.95 it is probably a bit more than what I would normally pay but after using it and seeing how long it is going to last us I would definetly buy some more when it is finally finished but I'm sure that is going to be ages away!
